Today we want to tell you about another one of our traditions, Friday Fun.

Every week we end our Fridays at 4pm unwinding with drinks, snacks and a game or movie. It can be a game we remember from our childhoold, it can be a game we want to examine closer to learn, or it can be a fun game we just want to enjoy!

The tradition started over a year ago. We were working a lot of overtime then with near impossible deadlines, and desperately needed some way to unwind.

And though we didn’t think we could afford to take Friday afternoon off, we soon learned that it was EXACTLY what we needed. Relaxing for a few hours, playing something and NOT working made our stress levels drop, and we also found that we worked better.

Sometimes it’s just us from Sarepta, other times people from Krillbite or Moondrop join us. The more, the merrier!

We work 8 hours from 8 – 16 every day, and take the weekends off. We take the issue of health seriously, and prefer to avoid overtime.  So, we use Friday Fun to emphasize that it’s the end of the week and remember that it’s important to have fun and relax together.
